I left enough money in my accounts for debit orders only to get notifications today that my debit orders were not honored. The problem here is the entire monday there was no sign of transactions taking lace in my account and then the next day i find transactions processed at midnight including a transaction that took place last week thursday as well as reversal. I feel that if fnb is going to process payments late then i should get a notification on the day that it is processed and with enough time to load funds if i need to. When i swipe my card and it says transaction successful i expect that the funds are taken away from my available balance. If my account is overdrawn then i should be notified. I am very unhappy!!!
