INCORRECT BALANCE - MONEY MISSING

I made an instant money transaction on Monday the 05th of August. I cancelled it on the 06th of August to date the money is not reflecting into my account. Now there is double that amount missing. The Instant Money deprtment now wants me to send a statement... REALLY...

I would like for this to be sorted out ASAP!!!
