Cancelled Instant money transfe

I made a tranfer to someone of R150 that was in May if am correct but beacuse she cant make it to the bank / ATM, I decided to cancel it last week on the 05/11/2013 and it was available for that day as i managed to even buy airtime then the next day it was on hold, i could see my balance but available was less then i though it shall clear during weekend but nothing happened, I called standard bank no one knew what was happening.. i mean even an employee from instant money cash tranfer he knew nothing..

Can someone go in to my account and fix this please... its really bad to see that staff members can not say what is happening but they represent the brand.
