Hey Peter,
I paid up my Edgars Master Card and got a letter that the account has been paid in full neh. I then requested that I the account be closed of which Thoko Chauke confirmed this via email on the 23rd of July. I had a refund that of R735.72 that's due to me and I asked them pay it into another account and I supplied all the details. I've been doing follow ups via email regarding this refund and no-one is getting back to me. when I call and check with the card division people, the refund is there. can somebody tell me how far this refund process is please.
