BAD SERVICE

I paid more money into my credit card account than necessary as it was closed, I received no mails letters or even accounts from Standard Bank to let me know how much was left to pay, I phoned in to the call center and was told the money would be paid back into my Cheque account and after 4 months it still hasn't happened. No notes were made on the system as to my request for a refund and requesting the recording of the call is also not possible as they are to lazy too look for it. As a result my account has been handed over to legal as there was an overdraft on it that could have been sorted out if the said money was paid back as they said it would have been. I now had to write a letter requesting the refund.
As I am now with legal I get a bad record on ITC because of it and not one person can explain to me why nothing was done the first time!!
I do believe that they should really look at there service and systems as well!!
I will be moving my account over to FNB in future as Standard Bank has pathetic service!!!
