I applied for a loan where I was told hat their 3-in-one package of R350, will only apply if I take a loan from them. It was agreed that the deduction will go of from my account on the 28th of July, seeing it was a Sunday I was told it will go off on the 26th with 7day tracking. I did not take a loan from them, and on the 24th the debit order of R350 was deducted from my account. Upon enquiry they told me regardless the outcome of the loan I will still have to pay the R350. This is not what was agreed upon.
I contacted them to cancel the R350 and deposit it back into my account. Now I have to wait till 08/08/13 to get my money back. They are fast to take money unlawfully, but refunding I must comply to there rules..
Upon ask them what their FSP (Financial Services Provider) number was they said that they don't have one, because they do not provide a financial service. On this website, they state that they are a financial supplier.
Seeing from HelloPeter, this company doe snot have a good reputation.
I will be filing a complaint to he ombudsman. For illegal practice
