REFUSAL TO REFUND R14 212.67 AND COSTS STATEMENT

On or about 20/06/13 I lodged a complaint against Standard Bank with Hello Peter and Standard Bank contacted to investigate the matter. On 11/07/2013, Standard Bank claimed that the account was with an external agent and I was liable for the legal costs. It indicated that the refund of R14 212.67 was paid into my FNB account on 14 December 2012. On 16/07/13 I replied by indicating that I am entitled to know how much was for costs paid and for what services the amount was paid. I requested them to furnish me with their attorneys' taxed bill of costs indicating the total amount payable by myself. I indicated further that I never knew about the refund was made to me. I indicated further that Linda Van Cittert never mentioned any refund paid. I indicated that I never received the sum of R14 212.67 which was paid in the FNB bank account and I never gave Linda Van Cittert or any other person from Standard Bank the FNB banking details as they alleged because I do not hold the bank account with FNB.I never received a reply to my from Standard bank. On 25/07/13 I sent a follow up email to Standard Bank but to no avail. On 08/08/13 I sent another follow up email to standard bank but to no.
