I have requested cancellation of an account n refund of R400 that was taken from my account by premier card 2 weeks ago through hellopeter, the account was closed withing 3days of my request of witch I send an email to Vuyelwa mazinyo to thank her for assisting me, how ever they have not refunded my money back, I have send emails rgarding the refund n to date I have not had any response, can I request managemet to give me light. Regarding the money that was taken out of my account, can I again request the refund to be paid back into my account with immediate effect. Thank you
