Terrible customer service from FNB

I have an overdraft facility with FNB (have had my account with them for more than 10 years) and 2 weeks ago I tried to increase the overdraft with R2000 only to find out that the option to increase disappeared from my online banking. Phoned them to apply over the phone only to be told that the application was declined but that they can't tell me why as the computer only says I do not meet the requirements. Was told to phone all 3 credit agencies to ask what was wrong with my credit score. Phoned them and they said there is nothing on their side, my score is perfect. Went into a branch (waited almost 2 hours to be helped) and they couldn't help, but escalated to the Credit Manager, Leon Lucas, at Zevenwacht mall where my account is held. Followed up with Leon and he had to write a motivation for why I should get an increase. Received no feedback and phoned again only to be told the lady who is dealing with it is on leave. Leon then tried again and application was declined because I changed employer. Sent through the new contract as proof and Leon said he would have an answer yesterday. Phoned him about 5 times already and always told he is busy and they will give a message. TIRED!!
