ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO I TRIED TO FINANCE A VEHICLE AS MY CREDIT SCORE WAS TOO LOW. FNB DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME BUT ABSA DID. GOING FROM THERE I WANTED THE HOMELOAN AS I ONLY BOUGHT THE CAR TO GET MY CREDIT SCORE UP AS I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A HOME LOAN WITH MY SCORE.
NOT TO MAKE THIS A LONG STORY BUT I WAS DECLINED FOR A JUDGEMENT THAT IS 5 YEARS OLD AND FOR R1277. I PHONED FNB TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO BECAUSE THE COMPUTER MADE THE DECISION.
THIS IS SCARY TO THINK I AM NOT DEALING WITH A HUMAN BEING.
EVERYTIME I REQUIRE FNB TO ASSIT ME WITH ASSIT FINANCE THEY HAVE AN EXUSE AND DONT LISTEN TO MY SIDE. I THINK THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE.
