LIMIT INCREASE REQUESTS DECLINED FOR LAST 2 YRS

I have a Platinum card with FNB. The limit was last increased in July 2011. Since then, I have made several attempts to increase the limit, but every request has been declined, despite the fact I pay my account on time each month and have never had any arrears on the account.

Each time I am told that I "do not meet minimum criteria" and that I should contact Transunion to obtain a copy of my credit report.

So I have now contacted Transunion and obtained a copy of both my credit report and credit score. I have no judgments, defaults or bad debts. I have no arrears. My credit score is 848 which according to the grading scale is VERY GOOD.

Therefore I would like to find out why it is that you keep declining me FNB? Your lame excuse that I do not meet minimum lending criteria has worn thin. I demand a reasonable explanation for your unwillingness to assist me?

In the 2.5 years since my last credit limit increase, my net salary has increased by 64%. In addition, my overall exposure to the FRG has dropped by more than 50%. I am at a loss as to why I am being repeatedly declined.
