About two months ago FNB updated their internet banking user interface and allowed the option to decrease your overdraft limits with the option below, to increase it again. I decreased my limit with no warning message should you do this it will take you forever to increase the limit again. I applied for the increase again but now have to wait - another month for the limit to be corrected again. This make no sense. Why give you the option when it will have to go through weeks of phone calls to correct this again. My application is sent through but now i have to wait for my salary on the 25th to be deposited into my account even though i have been banking with them for almost 8 months now. Is there no way to check my bank statements from their side? I'm just raising the limit to what it was before why wait?
