I received a sms from Fnb that I nearly reached my credit card limit and that I could apply for a increase online but online banking dont give me that option. It says upgrade/limit increase and when I choose that it doesnt give me the option for limit increase it rather gives me upgrade. After I didnt succeed I tried a personal loan which I am still waiting to be contacted, after I emailed them. Even with my application for overdraft limit increase they havent contacted me yet. What is up with that. Come on Fnb I expect better service than that.
