I am very disappointed with the service I am apparently receiving (none)! There was a debit order that was put through my account on 27/06/2013 and I been pushed from pillar to post to resolve this. Does anybody know what they doing. I'm so sick of calling all over the show and no-one seems to know what they doing or can't help. I've explained my situation so many times to so many different people it's quite frustrating.
How difficult is it to give proper customer service within a decent time period? It would be nice if a client can at least get feedback as to what's being done.
A month and 2 weeks later still waiting...
