I am really disappointed with the service that I received from Nedbank recently. I have had two problems which they had no proper explanation for. After numerous calls to the call centre, my problems have not yet been resolved. The 1stproblem is an amount of R 10 was deducted from my cheque account for over the counter fees. The problem is, I have never been to the bank or requested a statement as I do almost everything over the internet. So the money was taken out for nothing. I regard this as. No one in the branch was been able to tell me why the money was taken out or who requested a statement. The 2nd problem, I made purchase on my credit card. The merchant charged budget. The next day, I changed it to straight as I do not and never used the budget facility at all. All my purchases are paid out in fully every month end. The money was double deducted from my account, no one from the call centre have been able to assist me. I have all reference numbers available should someone want to investigate this further. I do however want my R 10 back along with the money that was taken out of my credit card. This is poor service.
