On receiving my credit card statement I discovered that a straight purchase had been wrongly entered as a budget purchase by the till operator at Pick n' Pay. The lady at FNB call centre was very helpful and reversed the error - BUT she could not reverse the interest charged OR answer the following question. I obviously want to ensure that no further errors like this are made so how I do I tell from looking at the till slip/credit card slip if the purchase is on straight or budget?? I have compared slips and there are no differences. Please advise.
