How can we make YOU bend over backwards

I was in an accident with my ZX10 & an Outsurance client on 03/07/2013, client openly admitted he was fully to blame for the accident. Submitted my claim to Outsurance on 05/03/2013 & it has just been downhill from there. I was assigned a Claim number:99255199 and the person whom i will be liasing with Gina Chindomu. I was advised by Gina that the complete process will take between 6-8 weeks before completion, to date the only thing that has been done was that my bike was sent for an assessment for the damages..A WHOLE MONTH it took to do that!!! I have constantly sent emails to Gina, and have probably left 100 messages for her to call, until today. She calls not to apologies for not getting back to us & ignoring all my emails & messages but to say that it will take another 7 days for LEGAL to make a decision. The service and treatment received from Outsurance & Gina as a 3rd party claimant is saddening & pathetic to say the least, all Gina says is that "It is process Sir, there is nothing we can do", YES there is something you can do, IF YOU WANT TOO.In the meantime i no have no means of transport because "THAT IS PROCESS". This matter can be sorted sooner if someone just CARED.
