In last week I wrote a complaint regading 1Life Direct where after numerous occasions I have sent them countless e-mails to inform in advance that my banking details changed but did they respond no they did not, I found out after the 20th that 1Life Direct did not debit my account now which means me as the customer has to bear the brunt due to their inability of their staff to execute their duties successfully, 1 LIfe CALL ME BACK TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER IF NOT I WILL EXERCISE MY RIGHT AS A CONSUMER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW AND EVERY LETTER OF THE LAW SHOULD THIS MATTER NOT BE RESOLVED IN A EXPEDITIOUS MANNER.
