Fnb double debited me and they taking they time

I have a personal loan with fnb and am they client, they double debited me for the second month and I have been waiting for a refund since the first, I guess my other debt don't matter since I have paid them, the unfortunate part is I cant reverse it in the branch since is internal

and I thought it was one of the best am really disappointed
