On monday morning I sat with a huge dilema. My client mr Manemela had to take delivery of a vehicle on Sat and to my surprise on Mon he was assisted as my colleague forgot to call the client. Cindy then assisted me by calling my client and apologising on my behalf. She didn't hesitate to contact the client knowing that he might have been very upset. She arranged the cover and went the extra mile by sending of the confirmation to the dealer. U made a bad turn of events turn out to be much better. Thank you for ur dedication towards our clients.
