I will like to complain about FNB Personal loan. I took an FNB Personal Loan and then realised that i don't need it anymore, so i return all the money.
Only to see my account being debited with R1500 in June and i went to the FNB branch in flora cliff and they said that was for administration fees so they had to take that even though the loan was cancelled, and the person who was helping me said that is what i owed them. But know in July my account was debited with R550 and then i went to the bank again and they told me that it is still for the administration fees and i still owe them R150.00 which they will debit this month end.
I don't understand why i was not told about all this when i went to the bank for the first time and why does it cost so much for admin fees for a 20 000 loan which a cancelled.
I always thought FNB was better than that but i see that they are just taking money for no reason from us.
