I've been to Fnb several times to query a loan that I've been debited for. According to my records, I've paid this loan up to date but I've been randomly debited without my consent over a period of time. I've queried at the branch and nobody seems to have an answer for me. The loan account does not reflect on the system but I'm being debited. Imagine my horror when I got up this morning to see that I was debited almost R9000! For a loan that's paid up as far as I'm concerned. I've laid a complaint via Hello Peter previously and I wasn't debited for a few months only to have them start again. Nobody at Fnb seems to have any idea how their systems work to give me an answer.
I would appreciate an end to this unfortunate mess asap.
