Double Debits-Rude

I was debited twice this month, only discovered on thursday the 30th when i tried to draw my sons school fees, was i sitting in a negative balance, friday i went to the nedbank branch and upon pulling a statement did i see that i was double debited first on the 25th then again on the 27th, today the 3rd i fone the Loans department, only for them to tell me that they did not collect for April?? not my fault. neither was i aware of it, aparently they tried to call me on numerous occasions on my land line at work, which im hardly here so i never spoke to them, on the day that they i do answer, i transfer to my cell and they put down. so i wernt aware otherwise i would have budgeted for them to double debit me, now i call to request a refund and rudely the first agents drops the call in my ear whilst i was speaking, the 2nd had no remoarse what so ever, if this is the kind of service one gets from the bank they banking with i guess that one has to take their services else where. I want a refund, and they can then take off that funds on another month, its not my fault that i didnt collect for April. i want a refund else im taking this a bit further.
