From proud former employee to disappointed client

Resigned from ABSA 1Feb. Moved personal loan to the 1st of every month. Resigned with Bankmed. 20Feb still got paid, Personal loan debited, Bankmed never received feedback from HR. HR says no one captured my resignation but it has been sorted out and i was assured i will NOT get paid in March.
Personal loan was debited on the 1st AGAIN and had to arrange skip payment.
20 March - Got paid yet again. Personal loan gets debited again.
Previously it took 12 phonecalls and 7 emails and an action line complaint to get stuff done. After I was assured that everything has been sorted, well all I can say is WELL DONE ABSA are you going to blame this on the "system" as well?
Someone needs to contact me ASAP to get this bs sorted BEFORE the 1st as I have a feeling my personal loan will be debited again.
