Double Debit

I was recently double debited by Nedbank on my personal loan, i called to find out why was this. I was told that since my salary gets paid on the 1st of every month my account was update to debit me on the first day of every month and this in turn will cause my account to be debited twice. i never arranged for this to be done, and i was never notify that this would take place this month.
