I started getting sms's from Nationwide lastmonth, nonstop, everyday. I then send a email stating that i wont take a loan at this stage, they then send me a application form to fill out, which i ignored. I then still got the sms's everyday, no idea where they got my number from. I send Karen a couple of emails again after that asking nicely to take me off their mailing list, she then told me to IGNORE the smses, i still told her I WANT IT TO STOP. After i told her that i will take it further because i see it as harrasment, she then asked my cell number and even after i gave it i still receive the sms's. I know business is tough but is this the way to treat potential customers??? How can i ever suggest them if this is the service they give?!
