I have this smart account (Tablet) with FNB as I am a so called valued customer (you could have fooled me) so I ran into some financial problems in December subsequently I tried to make alternative arrangements with FNB but very reluctantly they did. So on the 11/07/2013 they send me an sms offering me a settlement discount of 10% on the the 05/08/2013 I phone the number given 0861115765 (Marahag Attorneys) to make an arrangement for the 10% settlement discount to pay them a full and final settlement amount of R3113.00 on the 25/08/2013 which includes this 10% settlement discount and now they refuse and say no they no longer can give this to me.
