I have changed my Cellphone number as I changed jobs in the last 6 months. I have been to the Eastrand Mall branch a couple of times to get my cell number changed. After the first visit one part worked, the second visit another part work, on the third visit I thought it is now resolved, until I tried making a payment and still my OTP is not coming through to my new number. I am aware that this has to be done at the branches, I just don't have the time to get to a branch 4 times for Internet banking. It is Ridiculous, have to fill in forms on forms etc.
I have heard that Standard Bank don't really care about Hello Peter and Service delivery. I know I don't have a huge account with Standard bank, but I am really at a point of changing my bank account to someone that can sort out my Internet banking on the first visit.
