I have changed my cell phone number. I phoned standard bank to update my details they said I have to go into branch, this is horrible because with Fnb it can be done online. I went into branch & it took over an hour to update my phone number which they still got wrong. I had to go back in to do it. Thinking it was k I now try to access my internet banking profile only to find out that my otp still goes to my old number. Standard bank will u please sort this out asap without me having to phone u or come into the bank.
