Greetings Peter

I have a compliant. I had registered for Cellphone banking. Instead of it being easy and quick it turns to a nightmare. I had send someone R200 using cellphone banking and they told me they did not receive the pin number in order for them to go and with draw the money. I had double check this persons cell number three times. I called FNB in Pretoria North telling them about the situation. And i wanted them to check if there person did withdraw the money and from which branch and where? The consultant told me that they can not see that the person did take the money. I know that banks have camera's at the ATM's of which you can see everything. If the money shows that it came off my account don't i have the right to get that information. Unless thy did not receive it than it should indicate that it went back into my account. I need to know what happend because i am not getting any response. Regards
