Cellphone Instant Money

I noticed that i had multiple debits from my account for cellphone banking with my cellphone number

i was debited in total- R4000.00. I only saw this recently on my Internet banking. I then, went to the bank and was told that cellphone instant money is not related to standard bank and had to complete dispute forms for each transaction, i did this and was assured to get my money back today. I called Stanard bank today as i never recieved any funds and was told to speak that Cellphone Instant money is part of Standard bank and they then transfered me to that department who told me they cant reverse the funds i will need to speak to the department. Fu*k

I then spoke to the team who had no compassion and made me feel like i was lying. I told the consult that it was my last money she then said there is nothing they can do i will need to wait 4-6 weeks for an investigation, and taht the investigation does not guarentee i will get my money back. I get sms notifications when i withdraw and enter internet banking, but the for the cellphone banking i got no sms's.

Ontop of all this i now need to run around getting a Itemized bill from my service provider confirming that i have
