Where is my money, FNB, how can you help me?

On the 14th of March, 2013, at 15.40pm, R500 was transferred via cellphone banking to my account. The creditor got a confirmation sms, but I didn't get either a text or the money.

In calling the number provided 27839300135, an automated voice said the number was incorrect, pease check and dial again. This was done repeatedly.

I am still waiting for the credit. I have gone online and checked my account and there is nothing.

Fnb, how can you help me solve this.
