Can't Access my Money

I'm so very off with your bank right nw, after cancelling my card (no notice was given) I went to the bank only to be told that my account has been closed because my passport has expired, I gave them the new one and I was told to go bring company letter to prove that I'm still working (very funny considering that they can check all the transactions and see that I'm.still getting my salary with the same company)

They told me that I get still do cellphone banking even if the card was cancelled, to my utter surprise nw I can't even access cellphone banking it has been blocked

To me that's, what happens to my money then, why didn't they send me msgs telling me that my passport was about to expire? Why should I get frustrated to access my money, if I didn't have a new passport what was going to happen to my money??

And to think FNB was the best bank, after I sort this thing out I want nothing to do with you, will find other banks that have customer care at heart!!!
