I applied for a loan on the weekend but mistakenly chose the wrong, tried calling over the weekend to reverse the date but couldn't get any help. So I phone them today to change the repayment date, they telling I should pay them back because once its on the system it cant be reversed. How hard can it be to just change the date. The reason I apply for a loan is because I need money how can pay back before payday?
This is the last time I will ever you this online system of yours. I'll make sure that nobody I know uses too.
