WHERE IS THE BANK WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM. I HAVE APPLIED FOR A LOAN AND DID IT ONLINE. IT WAS DECLINED FOR WHAT REASON I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THEM. WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS WHEN CALLING THEM TO GIVE ME A REASON IN DETAIL, THE ONLY THING THEY CAN SAY IS THE SYSTEM DID THAT. NOW WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS WHEN YOU GO FROM GOLD TO PLATINUM ACC IN 6 MONTHS AND IT IS ALL DONE VIA THE SYSTEM, AND THEN APPLY FOR A LOAN A WEEK AFTER THE ACC HAS BEEN UPDATED TO PLATINUM. WHAT DO YOU DO IN THIS CASE. ONE ON ONE THEY ARE COLD IN SERVICE. THAT IS WHAT I CAN SAY AND WILL NOT GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU
