Horrible System

Good day

kindly assist as a matter of urgency I tried to apply for a boodle loan and requested to change the amount has I accidentally put the wrong amount now the system states one active loan when that was only a quote and was not accepted
I need urgent assistance in resetting this system in order for me to reapply for the correct amount
FYI
This system is not user friendly
