Debit Order Chaos

I took a loan via the Finchoice Financial Service. Set my debit order for the 25th of the Month as it is my actual payday. For the past 2 months the payment has been debited from my account by the 22nd of the month. On enquiry regarding this I was told its standard procedure to request the payment if the payday is on a weekend (funny the 25th is MONDAY) - that as far as i am concerned is utter BS. There is a reason we set payment dates to ensure we have the money for the debit orders. I was also informed that even if they change the date to the 26th of a month it will make no difference. I asked if i can move it to the 30th and was informed that they cant make that change. Its unacceptable practice as i am the person that now shows two returned debit orders on my account, which negatively effects my credit rating. Get your act together Finchoice and sort your accounting system... the 25th means the 25th
