Glad I have left this bank!!!

Have not yet received a tax certificate for 2012-2013 tax year.
Requested it by email to my branch only got a response 2 days later informing me that I should phone the call centre at 0861767911 as I am not registered to make requests via email.
Phoned supplied number -difficult to hear agent as there was a lot of background noise on FNB's side (agents should be in soundproof cubicles) when I requested the agent to speak up she immediately ended the call.
Tried again this time got as far as stating that the call was regarding a tax certificate -was told to hold on and within seconds the call was once again terminated.
As a pensioner I can not afford placing multiple calls to resolve an issue of this nature.
