Incomplete tax certificate - no response

Again a problem with Bonitas. Whenever you need to use this medical insurance, something is wrong. Nothing ever goes smoothly!
I received a tax certificate for 11 months. Since when is there only 11 months in a financial year?
We have phoned a good 6 times and spoke to call centre agents. They all seem to understand the problem. And they acknowledge that the tax certificate is incomplete. However, nothing has been done. Every time we speak to an agent, they inform us that they will 'escalate' the query to financial dept. I have tried emailing. No joy. It has been a week since my first email. I still don't have the correct tax certificate. I need to complete my tax return. Why does my admin have to be delayed due to incompetence? Even though the returns are only due by November. I don't do things on 99. Period.

By the way, apparently my membership number has changed. Why does my medical aid card still have the old Prosano number on it? OH! it must be because I haven't received a new one! Go figure. Again, incompetence...
And, my contribution was increased. No notification. Now I am in arrears!!!

I WANT MY CORRECT TAX CERTIFICATE AND I WANT IT YESTERDAY!!
