I phoned the call centre on 9th April 2013 and spoke to Lungi Mkhize and requested a Tax Certificate for the tax year ending 28 Feb 2013.
She replied and sent me a Confirmation of Membership Letter??? This is not what I requested, They are 2 separate documents!!!!!!
I e-mailed her again on 19th April stating that I have still not received the document requested, I also stated that she sent me the wrong document. She did not bother to reply.
She replied on 19th April stating that I should contact the call centre.
She did not follow through my request correctly when I phoned the call centre and yet she is now asking me to phone the call center again to rectify her up!!!!!
Wake up Medscheme!!! What kind of call centre agent gives you the run around like this!!!
I am fed up!!!!!
