My Wife has registered for the National Certificate: Early Childhood Development NQF 4 course 2003 and has paid for it in full. Know that she had completed the studies in 2007 she had to struggle to receive her certificate from Intec for almost a year. Now in this year in July she applied to a new Job and in doing so we discovered that on the certificate there is no mentioning off the NQF 4. I have requested a reprint off the certificate with the correct details on it and know they have come back and said that the course did not exist that time and they do not know how she could have done it through them. But the thing is that all the study material that was received from Intec with their logo and National Certificate: Early Childhood Development NQF 4 printed on it. The last response I received from Intec was 2013/07/30 11:49:04 AM stating that she now need to complete a "Recognition of Prior learning" after a long debate I asked them to send the extra modules that she need to complete for this "RPL - ECD" So that she can obtain the correct Certificate but up to today I have not Received any response from them after many updated request. This is really unprofessional from them.
