Is Standard Bank falling apart?

S. Bank told clients they would carry out maintenance online on Sun13Oct so accessing accounts might be a problem. On Mon I tried using my ATM card - it was declined. Logged onto internet banking & was shocked to see a zero balance & no accounts on my profile. Called S.Bank & was told my accounts were frozen due to non FICA compliance! This is nonsense as my FICA was done via my business banker ages ago. Thought it must be an error due to their Sun maintenance that was carried out. Called my business banker - unavailable. Emailed him - to date no response. Called my branch - spoke to another business banker. Explained the story - he agreed that if my accounts were at risk of being frozen due to FICA that my I would have been notified. He said he would rectify the error & get back to me in 3 min. Never called me back. I tried calling the branch but no answer. Logged onto internet banking again & was relieved to see that my accounts were back to normal. For the rest of the day all was fine. But now this morning I am back to square one. ATM cards declined & no accounts on my online profile. How on earth can they make such a stuff up - how do I run my business like this?
