Account blocked due to YOUR admin erro

In November my account was blocked without warning and only after asking was I told that it was due to FICA requirements. What nonsense! My FICA was done a while back and I have not moved since... besides, that is no reason to block my account. So I kept calm and provided the required documents [again]. Emmanuel Malebe processed it and unblocked my account, but he told me that I needed to email the original document to him, otherwise the FICA process could not be completed. This I did the very next morning 08:09 on 30/11. On 03/12 he told me via email that he did not receive my document, to which I replied that he should check his Inbox - I added a subject line to the email, so that might have confused him. Nothing happened again until yesterday (29/01) when I tried to pay for petrol and found my account was blocked again. Once again, I did not receive any notification whatsoever and can only deduce from the timing that Emmanuel did not look in his Inbox and did not process my FICA documents. So now two other people must wait a week for their salaries because someone at ABSA can't follow through on a simple FICA process. Awful service. I'm soooo angry!
