Opened estate late accounts. FICA the accounts with opening. Three weeks later accounts are blocked without any notice to customer - reason accounts need to be re-fica. FICA the same account four times and still the same issue. UNACCEPTABLE. No one is prepared to take the blame and and they cannot give a reason why customers are not informed before the accounts are blocked. Closed all accounts and will not do business with them again. Absolute no customer service to speak of.
