I am really disappointed and unhappy about this as i have banked with capitec since 2005, I have loans with them and I get my salary paid through them.
They recently told me that my Multi loan has expired and i need to go the nearest bank with my ID and payslip to sort it out, which i did. Then i was told that they cannot grant me a multi loan because they cannot find my company on their system. I mean what nonsense is this? I have been with this company for over a year and they have been paying my salary through this account!!! how come they cant trace my company or pay date?
This company is registered and has been around for over 6 years, its not my problem that i am the only one in this company banking with capitec!
I need this matter fixed, i am really unhappy, disappointed and i am thinking of moving to another bank.
