Increase in interest but wont give good reason

I applied for finance on a car with MFC as I have been with them for 3 years and had great service from them, yet despite this they want to increase the interest rate on the new car by 1.5% which I find unacceptable and on the edge of abuse, this is how they reward almost 4 years of loyalty and never missing a payment. my credit score was good yet this is how they treat long standing clients.
