I need a speedy response in terms of the claim i lodged with alexander forbes, once i stopped employment in Feb this year from the company that i worked for called (D & H) engeneering.
The claim was submitted in March i believe and to date has not been paid out, i've been led to believe that these claims normall take 3 months and when i call to establish what the problem is, I'm normally told in should wait another two weeks and that everything is fine, however clearly not everything is fine as 6 months later i'm still being told that i should wait another 2 weeks.
This is quite appauling as i've fallen behind on my payments to my bond car etc, to the extend that my car is no being repossed due to the delay.
i have again today spoken to a megan on a 011 870 2196 number and still have no joy, she cannot even supply me with a ref number for the call!!!
i need urgent intervention, so that this payment is made ASAP
