I am a client of Alexander Forbes and was involved in a car accident nearly two months ago. I have since then been sent from pillar to post, receiving no feedback and response to emails despite the fact that Rosy Kekana sent an email dated 10 October stating that the repairs on my vehicle have been approved, it is now 30 days later and I still have no vehicle, I have had to return the courtesy vehicle and am gravely inconvenienced by the lack of regards or much incompetence of those supposedly handling my matter.
I would appreciate feedback from Alexander Forbes, I find it shocking that you claim to be a leading financial provider yet you handle clients with such disregard... Who then are you providing financial services to?
