I submitted a claim to alexender forbes via city of joburg. I started making follows ups and maybe about 50 calls, on the claim and I was treated like piece of dirt. Eventually after sending all required documents to finalise the claim I was told by charlotte that they will reject claim on some stupid baseless findings. I was told to get lawyer.
I have never experience such cold don't care attitude. This is not how treat customers doing everything not pay claims and fustrating customers. I am prepared to take this to media as I have all unlimited resourses. I need senior executive to. Call me and resolve this asap.
