Tracing Mortage Statements

I compliment the above for two consecutive instances where he provided outstanding service.
The first was finding the correct documentation for signing my paid up bond into safekeeping and phoning the correct department to find answers for my enquiry regarding the bond.

Secondly only days later assisting with my request for all past mortage statements going back from March 2009 / March 2011 for income tax purposes. This was done efficently and in a minumin time period.

I am truely impressed.
